Andrew Jakabovics is vice president for policy development at Enterprise Community Partners, where he oversees the Policy Development & Research team. Current research projects include strategies to address rising insurance costs, factors impacting affordable housing development and operating costs, the impact of new supply on rent distributions, LIHTC development and neighborhood dynamics, and the relationship between disasters and affordability.
