Applied Research Manager
Chanse Sonsalla is the Applied Research Manager at the Community Opportunity Alliance, where she manages the Grounding Values in Research program. She supports research and knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen community development organizations nationwide. Before joining the Alliance, she served as a digital literacy instructor and Peace Corps Volunteer -- experiences that continue to inform her commitment to community-driven research, education, and equitable development.
