Director of Policy and Advocacy
Chloe Grainger serves as Director of Policy and Advocacy at the National NeighborWorks Association (NNA). NNA is the trade association that represents the NeighborWorks network of 240+ local housing and community development organizations across the country. Prior to joining NNA, Chloe served as a legislative staffer for Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14). She holds a Masters in Public Policy and Administration and a Bachelors in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
