At the Philadelphia Association of CDCs, Joanna works to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations. With 20+ years in economic development and nonprofit management, she specializes in program and curriculum design, cultivating emerging leaders, organizational development and resource development, having secured over $60M for CDCs & CDFIs. She holds a Master's in City Planning from UPenn and serves on the board of The Merchants Fund.
