Madhavi Reddy is a Detroit-based community builder. Her community building practice includes creating shared strategies for change, process planning and cross-sectoral collaboration. She has led community development initiatives in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the world. She currently serves as executive director of Community Development Advocates of Detroit and as associate professor of practice in urban planning at the University of Michigan.
