Director of Strategic Initiatives
Mel Luckenbaugh is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at CAAP, where she leads strategic projects, oversees workplace culture initiatives, and drives continuous improvement across the network. She provides training, technical assistance, and thought leadership, ensuring accessible practices and operational excellence while managing key contracts and statewide initiatives. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Positive Psychology.
