Rachel Yamakura is a Director with Enterprise Community Partners' Detroit team, where she leads community development initiatives that strengthen local organizations and advance equitable neighborhood investment. She oversees the CDO Fund, which has invested $40 MM in Detroit communities and raised $27 MM for its current phase, along with Section 4 capacity-building investments, and other local endeavors. Her career spans community development, public policy, education, health equity, and racial equity.
